our philosophy

… the work in the vineyard is characterized by cultivation, which takes care of nature and safeguards the plants. The small amounts of grapes are favourable to sound vines, and due to their secluded placement within a nature reserve they are largely protected against the influence of noxious emissions. The wines are treated with classically careful vinification methods until they have reached their full maturity, whereas the time of necessary storage is solely determined by the basic quality of the grapes.
